A Word From Sandy
I am a Real Estate broker and have been in the Real Esate industry for over 30 years. In that time I have seen many changes in the Real Estate market in the San Fernando Valley. Prices have sky-rocketed in the last few years and now we are seeing a stabilization in the market. Lenders have become more conservative in their lending practices. How does this effect you? As a buyer you want to know how much you can qualify for and make sure you get the best home for your hard earned dollars. As a seller, it means pricing your home so that you get the maximum amount of money from your greatest asset without wasting valuable market time. My job is to see that the decisions you make reflect the current market conditions. My 30+ years of experience will be of the great value as you make these sometimes difficult decisions. Remember that experience is not everything it is the only thing.

Of A Personal Note
I moved to Los Angeles in 1973. I was a flight attendent with United Airlines based in Chicago and could not wait to move to sunny Southern California. Shortly after arriving I met my husband, David, a realtor, who soon gave me real estate books to read on my layovers. In 1977 I became a realtor and David and I became partners both in marriage and in business. We have worked side by side ever since. We bring different attributes to our business relationship with the common goal of serving the needs of our clients.

We are the caretakers of a small animal family which consists of three wiley cats and a new beagle puppy named Barclay. I enjoy hiking and I am an active member and supporter of the Sierra Club and the National Parks Conservation Association. I love the outdoors. When I am not working you will most likely find me wandering the trails of the local mountains.
